Founded in 2016, BailFacile is a digital rental management solution for landlords. Faced with increasingly complex real estate regulations, the company offers an intuitive, secure platform that automates repetitive tasks and saves landlords time. Its goal is to simplify rental management for property owners and put the relationship with the tenant back at the heart of the process.
The challenge
With many new competitors entering the market and its pages going without updates, BailFacile wanted to relaunch its content strategy to grow its SEO traffic. The company also wanted to make its organization more efficient by centralizing all content production on a single platform. Finally, with 65% of its acquisition depending on SEA, BailFacile decided to bet on SEO to rebalance its acquisition mix.

SEO now accounts for 56% of BailFacile’s acquisition mix, up from just 35% only a few months earlier. The share of SEO has been multiplied by 1.6. The site no longer depends on paid acquisition and is posting strong progress in its SEO results.

The new organic traffic generated represents a value of €7K per month for BailFacile — the amount it would have cost the company to obtain that traffic through paid search campaigns. That is money saved every month. In 2022, BailFacile had 1,028 keywords ranking in the top 10. In 2023, that number increased fivefold, reaching 5,031 keywords in the top 10 of search results.

Thanks to the automation Semji provides, BailFacile can now produce and validate a piece of content in under 1h30. The editor’s features, such as the Content Score and detailed recommendations, help create impactful SEO content that matches searchers’ needs.
